i have a Sipp account with AJ Bell, and i found a cheaper Sipp provider , so i applied to have my Sipp tranfered to them Freetrade, it included £63,000 cash and 2 unit trusts, well aj Bell shut my Sipp account but did not sent the cash to freetrade they just sent the unit trusts, when i phoned AJ Bell after a long time waiting they eventually admitted that they had the cash but would not admit how much and why did they close my account if they still held the cash and not expalin to me wthey persueded me to transfer the unit trusts back to AJ Bell and they would re- open the account i demanded them to reopen my account and that they had no right to close my account when they refused to give it to Free trade I am still waiting as i rely on this Pension for a monthly cash amount this has been going on for months and i ring them wrote to them eMailed them and been ignored i would not recomend AJ Bell with a piggy band never mind a pension

I've just transferred my SIPP to AJ Bell.
The process was very easy and required almost no effort on my part. I was dreading problems with the transfer, but I shouldn't have worried. AJ Bell made the whole process pain-free. That doesn't happen very often, in my experience.

The email you sent did not allow my wife to complete the digital signature. I asked for your IT department to investigate the problem and confirm that it had been corrected, but your Customer Services department declined to do so.
As a result, I have had to return the form by post. This has caused an unnecessary delay to the transfer process and could result in a financial loss if the investments I intend to purchase increase in value before the transfer is completed.

Every member of staff has been friendly and proactive, unlike Hargreaves Lansdowne.
