Great platform, great support
The trading engine is simple to use; the staff are helpful in all aspects of the service even when you make an error, and the costs and charges are very reasonable. Most importantly no call queues efficient responses and friendly at all times.

I received a document asking me to vote…
I received a document asking me to vote against some resolutions on one of the companies where I have shares in my ISA. I read it and decided to do so, but did not know how to do it. I phoned and a very helpful chap talked me through what I had to do to vote.
