The process was so slow, I should have just taken the money out of I.I and then transfer to you, would have been days not nearly 3 weeks!

Confidence to trust the Process
I was concerned that after two attempts I was unsure that my application to transfer funds to the AJB platform had been accepted. Jamie was able to investigate for me and locate it even though it did not show on my dashboard. He explained what was happening and gave me confidence to trust the process.

I changed my password, but your site would not allow me to chose a means of sending verification code. A glitch in your system? Anyway, your adviser sorted the matter out thereafter but it was not straightforward.

AJ Bell are not as good as they think…
AJ Bell are not as good as they think they are. Their internal communications are poor leading to very concerning statements regarding my investments - they've been OK for the few years that I've been with them but they've completely lost my trust. I'm moving to a new provider
