I’m having difficulty accessing my…
I’m having difficulty accessing my money when I want to drawdown funds. It used to be very straightforward but in the last year it has become very frustrating. I think they changed their system and it really doesn’t work and is hard to find your way through. On the phone they are charming and helpful but I have previously probably spent hours trying to find the way around the website. Often I have to shut it down without being able to log off because there is a message in the way. That doesn’t make me feel confident about security.
