Having reviewed the order details, we can confirm that we were only provided with one of the two expected packages, which we successfully delivered on 09/10/2026. At this time, we have not received the additional item within our network.
As we can only deliver the items provided to us by the supplier, we would recommend contacting your supplier directly to investigate the missing item and provide an update on its status.
We appreciate how frustrating it is to receive only part of your order and apologise for any inconvenience caused. As the issue relates to an item that has not been provided to us for delivery, we would welcome you to adjust your review based solely on the delivery service we were able to provide.

Unreliable Delivery Time
Having received notification that my delivery would arrive 17.05-19.05, I went out for lunch with the intention of returning well before 16.00.
I received several missed calls over lunchtime and returned the call. The AIT driver informed me that they were very busy and needed to make the delivery in the next 20 minutes. I had to leave my lunch and dash home.
Once the item was delivered, I requested to look inside the package to check for damage but they said they didn't have time to wait and I should contact the supplier. I was then asked to sign for the delivery, with no small print, so there was no way of knowing if I was signing for an item having been delivered in perfect condition.
I have given 3 stars as they did call me to say they would be 2.5 hours early.

We understand your frustration at receiving a notification advising of a delivery window between 5:05pm and 7:05pm, only to then receive calls requesting that the delivery be completed several hours earlier. We appreciate how inconvenient this must have been, particularly as you had arranged your day around the information provided and had to cut short your lunch plans to return home.
We also understand your concerns regarding the delivery process itself, including not being given the opportunity to inspect the item before the team departed and your uncertainty about what you were being asked to sign for at the point of delivery. That said, we appreciate your acknowledgement that the delivery team did contact you in advance to advise of the change in timing.
