The parcel was left against a wall in a main walk way for anyone to pick up, no attempt was left to deliver it to my home as if they had walked for a few seconds more they would have seen the doors to the property. It was sheer luck I parked that side so I had to walk past the package. It would have helped if I got the notification it had been delivered when it was 'delivered' but that arrived at 7am the following day. This company makes Evri look professional

Good delivery service
I was kept informed of my delivery as I was told from the day before it was coming. I had text & email messages and the Tracker was great for keeping an eye on progress. The delivery arrived on time at the early end of the delivery slot. The delivery drivers were polite & helpful and were careful with the parcel.

Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent. No complaints. Although they had to lug a double bed up an elevated drive and assemble. They did not complain. Very happy with the service.
Normally we get a lot of excuses to get out of the contract once they see the drive. But these guys were spot-on.

Clear indications
Very pleased with the updates by email, text, tracker and phone call . I was updated right through to meeting the 2 lads that delivered to my house, the beds were packed well apart from 2 nicks that you could see on the outside base and this had actually damaged the base material, disappointing but only realised after signing for the delivery , contacted Archers by webchat and the matter is being dealt with, the 2 lads that delivered the beds were very polite and helpful.
Would have been 5 stars if the base wasn’t damaged
