Mattress Delivery
They arrived within the scheduled time and carried the mattress into the house and placed it where I requested. It had obviously been stored securely in the lorry as I could see them unstrap it from the wall.
The delivery staff were friendly and happy to help.

Disappointing delivery
Delivery ok but don’t know why I bothered paying extra £10 for Saturday delivery
Free wall bracket came with expensive tv and was supposed to include wall fixing
Never got the bracket were told they couldn’t fix tv on the wall and didn’t really seem to be bothered
So don’t get a tv with free wall bracket cos it won’t happen all the delivery men wanted to do was to get home as quick as possible can’t fault the tv but delivery stinks

Having reviewed the information available, we can see that the team identified a high reading for electrical wiring behind the intended mounting area. Once this risk is identified, the crew are unable to proceed with the installation, as doing so could result in damage to both the product and your property.
We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly as the wall mounting service formed part of your purchase. However, the decision not to proceed was made with safety in mind.
