Awful experience
They charged in the door with the mattress, rammed it into the staircase and said it wouldn't fit up the stairs due to the ceiling height. Made no attempt to try it at an angle or manoeuvre it to get it up. They clearly just did not want to take it upstairs despite us paying extra for the service to the room. They just wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. They phoned the office and made us have a 20 minute phone call with them to get them to take it up the stairs. They wouldn’t make any effort to make it easy and I ended up having to push from the bottom to get them to take it up. The whole experience was awful and stressful and they made no effort to try help the situation.

Not a pleasant experience
The delivery drivers never spoke to me. one was on the phone to someone the whole time and kept bumping into me as he didn’t even see me?! Quite unpleasant as they were speaking to each other in a foreign language in between his phone call. Wouldn’t recommend.
