Rude, ignorant and bad mannered from start to finish. It was obvious to me that in their opinions I was beneath them and ignored me even when I said hello!!
They honestly made me feel intimidated.
I don't think these men are suitable to be entering people's homes, definitely not women's.
Wouldn't remove muddy boots on brand new cream carpets and left tv in hallway.

Their time efficiency was good
Their time efficiency was good. Arrived at good time 😁 but the reason I gave one star less because they didn’t have any trolley to carry the appliance from Vehicle to The delivery point. The laundry room was right at the end of the back garden. two young boys were carrying the appliance which was quite heavy and seemed unsafe and it wasn’t good for their health either. Normally the delivery men use a trolley for heavy goods when they unload them from their vehicles. No issue otherwise.

Late delivery
Disliked the fact that I was given a delivery slot of 15:04 - 17:04 and my package did not arrive until ~ 20:45; nearly 5 hours after the beginning of the delivery window.
I understand that delays can occur due to traffic etc but suggest you could improve your reputation by a) giving a more accurate delivery window and/or sending a message to advise the customer of the delay. The tracker doesn't really help because it only shows a map. Even if the van is nearby it can still take a long time to arrive.
Had I known of the delay I could have done other things instead of sitting at home waiting for hours.
NB I don't blame the driver who was polite and helpful.
