The two delivery drivers were rude and…
The two delivery drivers were rude and smelt of smoke. The knocked over a bowl of water on the way in and kept telling me not to touch the parcel when I tried to help. They got it through the front door and didn't say anything or ask if it needed to go into the other room (which was obvious it did) and just left without saying anything. Very poor experience will not want to use again. This was through Dunelm who normally are very good with other courier services.

Amazon Delivery- Best Experience Ever
Thank you for an excellent delivery! I can tell you the delivery drivers were skilled, courteous, and considerate. We couldn't have had a better team. They drove up a difficult, narrow lane, managed the large heavy fridge-freezer over a gravel drive, brought it through a catio and lifted it inside the house into position in the utility room. Nothing was too much trouble for them. After this experience I won't be shopping anywhere else for large delivery items. Nothing can beat Amazon! Thank you so much for making this an easy experience for us.
