Very responsive surveyor
Adam is a very responsive, prompt and engaging surveyor. He put a lot of effort into dealing with a particularly complicated scenario involving a neighbouring property, and did so whilst keeping to a very competitive rate. Would recommend again.

Party wall surveying service
Adam carried out Party wall survey services for both the adjoining and non-adjoining property for a loft conversion and a rear extension of a semi detached bungalow of mine with a chimney stack removal. Professional engagement was made and relationships established with all stakeholders and notices submitted in a timely manner giving me full instruction and transparency along the journey.
Adam was very professional in the way he conducted himself and his service was second to none. His rates were very reasonable and Adam was flexible with his fee’s against the level of work he undertook.
A brilliant professional service and I will not hesitate to use Adams service’s again in the future.

Great service
Highly recommend Adam Joseph party wall surveyors. Adam was very helpful in taking us through the process step by step, paperwork and dealing with some difficult neighbours. Adam was also very consultative in conversation with our builders & architect to arrive at a suitable solution. Great service.
