we appointed Adam Sherling to serve as a party wall surveyor to ourselves and neighbour and to carry out a scaffold licence agreement to the downstairs neighbour ,nothing seemed to be straight forward but with Adams professional and friendly nature ,brought us altogether and resolved all the issues in a smooth and fair manner ,reasonable rates and would definately use again.
