Great customer service, nothing was difficult, even down to put my new plate on and put the old one on retainer, plus arranging both cars to be exchanged without me having to do anything!

What a wonderful customer service…
What a wonderful customer service experience. I would give 10 stars for the easy way Joe guided me through the whole process. He sorted out everything including organising a warranty and breakdown cover and putting our own numberplate on the car. The free delivery service was excellent, the car arriving in an enclosed vehicle. Living on the south coast and usually buying a car while sitting in the local showroom I was a bit apprehensive with buying at such a distance. However the process was straightforward and I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership and Joe again. Thank you for all your help and attention.
