After experiencing a terrible road accident recently I am so grateful that I found myself on the phone with Callum Smith. I could not have wished for a more supportive, professional and understanding person who restored my calm after being shaken up by the experience. He was thorough, patient and very understanding in his approach and empathised with how I was feeling which meant the world when you find yourself in a very vulnerable position...excellent customer service skills!...Thank you Callum!

Connor Hogan dealt with my case and again 100% person centred approach which was so appreciated. He was efficient, knew his job and sign posted me to other agencies who needed to speak to me explaining each step while walking me through it...again, a gentle approach which was very calming and very professional...thank you Connor!

Very quick in collecting my car and also providing me with a courtesy car, pleasant on arrival very helpful and reassuring.
