Had great experience all issues dealt with super fast and all operatives were very professional and informative only one slight issue as hire care given had a dodgy tyre and was left searching for repair only to find that it was man flat and undrivable, having said that I was replaced with another car withing an hour of contacting office. So all good and happy.

Outstanding service
After a second incident with my car in a short time span (no fault) I was quite disillusioned with the accidental claim process but everyone at spectre, particularly the person who delivered my hire car and collected my car for repair, really put me at ease and really grateful to everyone for a really efficient service.

Extremely supportive and reassuring

The service was seamless
The service was seamless, so prompt, and constant communication too. The replacement vehicle was ready for delivery within approximately 40 minutes after accident reporting. It could have been delivered before i even left the scene, leaving the damaged vehicle at spot and driving the provided vehicle from there straight away,but the road was closed and i had to let them deliver it after i get home. Awesome service. BRAVO
