18 month 200Mb/s full fibre broadband at £27/month, with no mid term price increases, brilliant deal. I received my new router very quickly and the open reach installation went as planned, on the agre... See more

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Everything went smooth and way better than all other providers 0 issues since first day
Moving house
Moving house tried chat said be back in minute, never came back. Next session you cannot take internet with you to new house you have to cancel and open new account ring number, tried 30 times no answer. Another session on chat, charged me £112 cancellation fee. There is another number but not recognisable.
Get what you pay for. This day and age cannot switch you to new house, obviously not bothered about retention of customers.

True professionalism and empathetic technical guidance.
Upgrade to Fibre
I have been with them for around a year on the Super Fibre 67 package. Full fibre is now available in my area. They don't offer an upgrade!!. If you want to upgrade, you must pay an early exit fee and then take out a new contract with them. Unbelievable how a business can treat customers this way, with no interest in customer retention. Be aware that they do not offer VOiP with their full fibre options. So if you want to keep a landline number, you are out of luck.
Good Internet speed
Internet speed is good
Contacting help center is clumsy. They never answer the phone, all communication via email.
Asked to move my address and they said they don't support it. I had to keep paying for 11 months at my old address.
After the fixed term expired (18 months) i was asked to ship the modem back at my expenses otherwise i would have been charged the full modem price.
I am ge
I am getting speed of about 55mbps which is a few mbps over their guaranteed minimum of 52mbps.There is nothing to shout about but it is faster speed than what I was getting from Plusnet and it is slightly cheaper as well.So ,overall I am quite satisfied with 1pbroadband.
Weird mess up at the start with BT…
Weird mess up at the start with BT saying my number was actually connected to a hotel, so no broadband for a week. Had to use very expensive 4G data instead. The automatic refund for service loss (and to cover the 4G data) hasn't materialised. Will have to chase of course. Once up and running, I have 10x speed as Plusnet for the same cost, the most basic cheapest package.
Very Good
This is an update following a few teething problems with getting this up and running.
For 4 months no problems at all. Occasionally the signal drops out briefly but that's not unusual as BT used to do it. The signal is better than my previous BT broadband package for about a third of the price. They are new to this but worth a look. There mobile package is excellent. Very cheap rates.
Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. No human contact. 18 month contract should be banned on broadband. Charging £25 for the return of an outdated router is very poor business pactice
Easy to switch and set up
1pbroadband handled the switch and cancellation of my old broadband provider which made the process of switching very easy. The router was delivered by DPD a few days before the go live date. I plugged in the 1pbroadband router at 6:45am on the go live date and manually configured the router with the settings that 1pbroadband had emailed me when the router was dispatched and the broadband worked straight away without any downtime which was good.
Happy
Friendly and quick to answer any questions made me feel reassured plus the price, also the 18 months price guarantee is very good too, unlike many other providers who like to increase their price half way through your contract
AVAILABLE 24/7 IS A JOKE
BROADBAND DEVELOPED A FAULT ,THEY SHOW HOW BAD THEY ARE WHEN YOU TRY T CONTACT THEM, CHAT LINE NOT WORKING, NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE (AVAIABLE 24/7 IS JUST A JOKE) THEY CALLED ME AFTER MANY MESSAGES, COULDN'T TAKE THE CALL AT THAT MOMENT ASK THEM PLEASE COULD THE CALL BACK IN 10 MINS.THAT WAS 2 DAYS AGO STILL WAITING, MEANWHILE SPEEDS REMAIN BETWEEN ZERO AND 8mbsTHERE SPEED CHECKER SAYS 80mbs
the broadband has been off for a week…
the broadband has been off for a week with no response from c/s I phoned many times every day with no answer, they don't even answer the phone.
The customer service is rubbish. Not happy at all.
Did exactly what they said they'd do
Did exactly what they said they'd do. The router supplied was not customised just for them so I was able to configure it to work with a device I couldn't get at.
Was good initially
They had been good value for money. My moving from Vodafone to 1p Broadband went seamlessly and my internet speed was still very good. Their customer support was first class initially but later deteriorated and I would definitely no longer recommend them.
