Frank, the door sales man was so incredible. Very informative and polite, along with answering all of our questions.

When it come to fitting day. The two lads who fit our doors (Chris Cade and Brandon Milliard) were cracking lads, very friendly and polite. They carried out their work with great attention to detail quickly and professionally.

We are very happy with the level of service that we have received with 1st home improvements and would definitely highly recommend this company for windows and security doors. 5* service for sure

I was sent the incorrect items due to a mix up with who ever labelled and packaged my items at the courier service (Evri). I was expecting a rucksack and shoes but got 3 pairs of jeans from ASOS instead. I contacted Sports Direct through social media (Facebook) and spoke to a person named Charlotte. She was fantastic at helping me get my items. She made me feel reassured that the issue wasn't my fault and that replacement items would be sent out. She was incredibly helpful and at sorting out the issue. I would advise anyone who has a problem with their online orders to contact Sports Direct through social media as the virtual assistant and out sourced assistants are not very good and/or cut you off.

My box didn't get delivered because of damaged products. I had to chase up , but I was assured that another box would be on its way. Luckily, that one arrived quickly and undamaged
