Sent incorrect item

I was sent the incorrect items due to a mix up with who ever labelled and packaged my items at the courier service (Evri). I was expecting a rucksack and shoes but got 3 pairs of jeans from ASOS instead. I contacted Sports Direct through social media (Facebook) and spoke to a person named Charlotte. She was fantastic at helping me get my items. She made me feel reassured that the issue wasn't my fault and that replacement items would be sent out. She was incredibly helpful and at sorting out the issue. I would advise anyone who has a problem with their online orders to contact Sports Direct through social media as the virtual assistant and out sourced assistants are not very good and/or cut you off.
