Worst experience, they don't have proper customer service to contact them , I have raised email no response yet, very poor customer service not recommended

Worst Home Insurance I ever seen.

Worst Home Insurance I ever seen.
Please don’t do this trap . everything fake, they are showing as less money and easy claim process. But if you claim it for any problems and damages they are rejecting all claims by stating your house is 10 years old you need to maintain. That means they are only looking for brand new house problems. What a shame , can you shut you company don’t fake peoples money.

Thanks for finding the time to leave a review.

One of the conditions of our Home insurance policies is that the home is “kept in a good condition, good state of repair and remains structurally sound. Your policy does not cover loss or damage caused by wear and tear or a lack of maintenance”.

We make this clear in our policy documents and also require confirmation from you at the point of purchase that the property is in a “good state of repair”.

I can assure you our service is genuine and Urban Jungle is regulated by the FCA to ensure our processes are fair and transparent.
