THIS SAYS IT ALL. It took them 4 years to respond to my review. Do not trust this company. Staff stole my goods. Even after showing photo graphic proof of what was collect & what was delivered. Also my lawyers informed me that this company does not have the correct legal licence to operate in Thailand. Not but lies from the French sales guy

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your updated review.
You’re right — we did respond to your original 2023 message only recently, and we understand how this may have added to your frustration. While we regret the delay in our reply, please note that it was not intentional but rather an oversight due to internal transitions at that time.
That said, we maintain our position: after a full internal investigation, we found no evidence of wrongdoing or loss caused by our teams. We reviewed the photos and shipment details carefully, and all discrepancies were documented transparently.
Regarding the claim that we are not legally operating in Thailand, this is factually incorrect. DocShipper operates in full compliance through licensed local entities and partners. If your legal representatives have questions, we are happy to respond formally.
We remain open to dialogue through the appropriate channels.
I used this company to ship goods from Thailand to France. Goods were collect and loaded. I photoed the goods in their van. Driver & assistant did not give me any paperwork to sign to prove goods were loaded. Luckily I took photos. Weeks passed & i got a email from the sales guy on Jan 16 2023 saying items were missing from the packing list & what they collected didn't correspond to the products in their warehouse. They are basically saying I lied about what I packed & the quantity of boxes collected even though the photos prove the goods were loaded in their van. They later sent me a a photo of the pallet clearly showing the 2 boxes missing. The missing goods were either stolen from the van by the driver & assistant or stolen from their warehouse. When i presented the facts to them they just denied denied denied. Even after presenting them with all the photographic evidence. Denied denied denied. I know this is a practice used to wear you down till you give up. Unfortunately for them I have the resolve to see this through & at this time this is in the hands of our lawyers. I strongly recommend you find another shipping company & avoid using docshipper at all cost. They are not to be trusted.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your message — we’re genuinely sorry to read about your experience. Please rest assured that we take such matters very seriously. We understand how frustrating it can be when there’s a discrepancy in a shipment, and we deeply regret that this situation led to such dissatisfaction.
That said, after thoroughly reviewing the case with all internal teams involved, including the warehouse and transport staff, we were unfortunately unable to confirm any mishandling or loss caused by our process. We have tried to remain transparent and cooperative throughout, and we’re still open to finding a resolution through appropriate legal channels.
We respect your right to escalate the matter, and we will continue to collaborate with your legal representatives as needed. Our goal remains the same: maintaining transparency, professionalism, and the trust of our clients — even when difficult situations arise.
