DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Goods maybe stolen from your shipment & no matter how much proof you have they will deny.
I used this company to ship goods from Thailand to France.
Goods were collect and loaded. I photoed the goods in their van. Driver & assistant did not give me any paperwork to sign to prove goods were loaded. Luckily I took photos.
Weeks passed & i got a email from the sales guy on Jan 16 2023 saying items were missing from the packing list & what they collected didn't correspond to the products in their warehouse. They are basically saying I lied about what I packed & the quantity of boxes collected even though the photos prove the goods were loaded in their van.
They later sent me a a photo of the pallet clearly showing the 2 boxes missing. The missing goods were either stolen from the van by the driver & assistant or stolen from their warehouse.
When i presented the facts to them they just denied denied denied. Even after presenting them with all the photographic evidence. Denied denied denied.
I know this is a practice used to wear you down till you give up. Unfortunately for them I have the resolve to see this through & at this time this is in the hands of our lawyers.
I strongly recommend you find another shipping company & avoid using docshipper at all cost.
They are not to be trusted.
