I had to call twice in order for associate to process the renewal, was told both times to complete it online rather the phone

Missing item

I ordered many items and one set came incomplete. Boohoo is not like other companies and doesn't have a customer service team. I sent WhatsApp message, email, Facebook messages and after 4 days finally someone replied on Facebook. Will avoid this company in the future

So Bad do not go with this company

I have been with Asda pet insurance for 8 months and they take over 2 months to allocate to an assessor. I would stay away from this company. I have been on the phone for hours and they can assist, just say we understand... But I don't understand why it takes so long when the vet has provided all the details requested. Do not go with this company.

I purchased 5 bodysuits to see which…

I purchased 5 bodysuits to see which will go with my trousers. They arrived late for the occasion so didn't even open and went to return and to my surprise you can't return them. At no point did it mention this when selected or at payment stage. I contact customer services and they there response is that it is stated in the return policy in the smallest writing ever and therefore they will not honour the return

Won't honour the price on website

I purchased a table that was reduced in the sale on 29th Dec, it was meant to arrive today. However received an email to state there was a price error on the system and therefore they are cancelling the order and refunded us. I worked in the customer services and the fact is that price should've honoured. I have now missed out on other tables that were in the sale because this company has failed to notice the error was there fault and it should be honoured to customer. Unfortunately no customer service number only email. Avoid this company

Disappointed

The customer service was excellent when placing order. However what I was disappointed with was when I wanted the exchange a pallet and was told that could not be done. I was informed I had to place the order for the new pallet and then pay for return which was going to cost me twice more than I purchased it for. Outrageous, as I have ended up with a whole pallet and out of pocket.

Do not buy anything from them as they…

Do not buy anything from them as they charge you triple. Have called customer service over 10 times and they don't have access to the emails that you get sent like order acknowledgement email. No wonder this company is going into administration.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I purchased gifts and I got an order acknowledgement. When I received the items the invoice statement was triple the price. I called them and they said not to worry as the statement would be correct. Obviously when the statement came it was still incorrect, u called customer service 8 times, been waiting over 8 weeks for manager to call me and this matter is still not resolved. Very simple, i have an acknowledgement order email so why is it so difficult to correct my account.
