Poor customer service
A robotic company there are times when things are not just black and white and a grey area needs addressing unfortunately this does not apply to the AA
I have already spoken to customer services and sent numerous E mails without reply although you said they would reply in 5 working days. So as I've said it's blinkered Robotic customer services 🫤
