I enquired initially about a holiday and cruise, to ask if I could change the ship, but keep all the itinerary. Emma was really nice and said she could put that together for me and took my details, and sent a quote. After quite a few phone calls from me, regarding certain hotels I wanted (having been before) and adding on extra nights after cruise, Emma got everything I asked for and finalised my quote. I received confirmation by email plus further emails re further info they required. Great service and friendly.

Booked on line after looking through website for a Hotel we liked and area we wanted. I selected some filters, making it easier to see my choices and after looking through the descriptions etc, I booked one week for November in Fuerteventura. The flight times and day were also a factor in my decision.

I phoned another few times! with further requests. Nothing was a bother and I got all the information plus a further quote. The Hotels that were recommended look great and the cruise ports and duration and ship and cabin were chosen between myself and Emma, by looking into everything. I am really happy with it all. Ordered clothing to be collected in store. Received a text and email to say my order was ready for collection. On arrival to store, I input my order no. (on text) to machine pad in store. A staff member then brought my parcel to me. Great service. Quick and efficient.

I looked at various carpets in the Falkirk store. Decided on one and staff member worked out the price for the bedroom size. He advised it would be in store within 2 weeks. I ordered and paid for it. I received a phone call to say carpet was in store (within 1 week) and agreed a delivery day, with fitting being done also, same time. Customer service was excellent.

It's so nice to be able to go in to a store and see everything! I bought shirts for my husband. Lovely to chat to the friendly assistant who neatly folded my purchases. Next are doing something right - which other stores did not!

Went in to enquire about specific cruises. The agent spent over an hour looking at options and then phoning cruise company direct re flights and transfers and also hotel stay at end of cruise. Answered all my questions and I booked an NCL one and paid deposit. Really helpful staff.

I ordered a Large size gents jacket for my husband. It was tight, so did a return selecting exchange for XL. It was easy to do on-line and to return. I was kept informed by email when it had been collected by courier and again when arrived at Superdry, and when exchange was on its way. Great service from Superdry and saved paying for new one and waiting on refund. Very happy.

I bought 2 pairs of trousers. One pair was on the wrong size hanger - will need to return!

I purchased 4 experiences for Las Vegas before I went. The passes were then available in the App on my phone and easy to use when there. Once the first one was activated, the others had a date (long enough) to be used by. Scanned the bar code at each attraction. Easy to use.

The M&S store in Falkirk has closed (many years ago) and there is a food only store. There is now no cafe in this store. However, I keep receiving Sparks offers of free coffees, buns etc. The latest one was a free beauty product. They don't sell these either! I phoned to complain about this and have had no response!!! If you are encouraging people to donate to your charities through Sparks, it will be added on to cost of your food etc., but hundreds of people won't benefit as all the stores are closing!!! Poor customer service.

I ordered a jumpsuit. The ordering process was simple and I received an email re delivery. It was delivered quickly and I was informed of time slot. The jumpsuit was lovely and can't wait to wear it on holiday in May. I also received discount code when signing up to newsletter! Very happy. :-)

I was kept informed by text (selected this option) of delivery time. I received a call 10 minutes prior to delivery time. My order was delivered to my door and delivery man (Jack) asked if I wanted it carried upstairs to the room it was going in. Polite and friendly man. Great service from start to finish.
