You decided to sign up to our service after agreeing to the terms and conditions through multiple consents and tick boxes.
The details of the free trial period and subsequent membership charges were outlined and agreed to on day one of your membership and further reiterated within our welcome email that was sent to you nine minutes after completing your online application.

Our mail server confirms the welcome email was delivered to your inbox yet remains unopened. Further emails, including a cancellation confirmation email and a call to action email were delivered and opened 19 days after your initial application.
We have provided you with exactly what you had asked for and outlined the basis for our membership both at the point of sign up and within our subsequent emails.
The charge debited from your account was refunded to you prior to your review.

We are here to help and actively encourage you to contact our Customer Support manager to address any aspect of the service you feel did not meet with your expectations.

I cannot see anywhere where we have been advised of any issues with the bed until now. Your credit report is a snapshot of your financial information on the date it was created, so your information can be up to 6 weeks out of date.

We're not a credit reference agency, and lenders don't use ClearScore to carry out credit checks on you and won't see how we're showing your credit information to you.

ClearScore partners with Equifax to give you access to your credit report and score for free, forever.

Equifax are one of the UK’s three credit reference agencies. Your credit report is created using the information provided to Equifax by your banks, lenders, utility providers and local councils. They then pass this information onto us once a month, which is when you’ll receive a notification that your new report is ready to view. As we receive all of this information from Equifax, we're not able to amend your report or score in anyway.
