Lumpy mattress

The reviews on booking.com must be fake ...as if i had been on trustpilot first , i would never have booked after reading the reviews on here . We booked in to the Picadilly apartments in York . 2 bedroom apartments ( double beds in each !? ) . Everything was fine until we went to bed . In one of the bedrooms the beds had been pushed together to make a double . The mattresses were shocking.....to say the least . Dipped in the middle ,you could feel every lump and bump .we though about turing them ,but just as bad the other side . We found a mattress topper and an extra quilt . Which didn't help much at all. The ridge in the middle of the bed made it uncomfortable to say the least. 3 night stay, this was the first night . I phoned them to complain. But as many have said not intersted , As we are the only one's who have complained, no reduction on fees to find alternative accommodation .So if others complain do they get a refund....!?We are still here check out tomorrow.8th feb 2026. Ps no site parking, Its free but you have to walk with all your luggage about 3 to 4 mins away . They pay for it whoopee.

Lovely bedside cabinet. Just read the Instructions, may take time but don't wing it .I did leave a review on the Web site gave it 4 stars but it amended down to 1 star for some reason and couldn't alter it.

Shea shower oil

Shea shower oil was a favourite of mine but now it has been discontinued. I have searched the Web ,no luck .I went into the shop at Rushden lakes Northamptonshire and was told it had been discontinued. Not impressed. It was great ,smelled nice left my skin feeling soft with no irritation. I purchased the Almond shower oil ,but its simply not as good and not keen on the Smell ! Listen to the customers and please bring back the Shea shower oil .

Ordered paniculata living little…

Ordered paniculata living little blossom. November 2024. It arrived in good time condition was ok . But now it has blossomed it is not the plant I ordered. It is nothing like it . I have one already and they are totally different. Obviously not labelled correctly! Cost £29.99 plus £8.99 postage. I would of thought as this is a specialist In hydrangeas they would of got it right!. I find this with on line purchasing. I don't order much for this reason. I will be phoning them

This is an award winning range produced by a company with an impeccable reputation . I am therefore confident that the plant supplied by us is the correct variety. I would like to try this product but I can't seem to buy just 1 bag only of this product. I'm not signing up for a product where I can't pick and chose my own buying options. I don't really want the hassle of cancelling if its not for me . Make it clear and simple to just buy 1 bag . Thank you

Poped in to the new Harlestone Heath…

Poped in to the new Harlestone Heath store in Northampton. No very impressed. One way system is Not well thought out. Gets congested very easily. House plants then clothing.....why? All the gardening section is over the other side Not a great selection on gardening tools ....? More emphasis on retail , home ,clothes ,cards etc inside . Outside where the plants ,shrubs etc are ... Great . I'm trying out the restaurant today with a friend.....I'll be updating very soon .

Only 3 stars as I'm still waiting for a…

Only 3 stars as I'm still waiting for a full refund. I wad told I could change or cancel my order at the shop in Leicester. I found the product cheaper else where.I phone back with in 24 hours . I told the assistant the shop this .He's said he would do it I also emailed customer support . No acknowledgement of my canceled order. Please sort my full refund out ASAP. I'm updating my review.
Customer service have been intouch and sorted my refund out . Melissa was VERY helpful to say the least. It was worth writing a review to get a response which had resolved the issue. I have reorder in a different branch and the sales assistant( Niall )was outstanding.(Daventry Branch )star rating now a 5 from a 3

Too early to tell for full results but…

Too early to tell for full results but so far have seen a little improvement. (COLLANGEN GLOW UP).I'm also taking Hyaluronic Acid 300mg twice a day aswell not supplied by nutrition Geeks . I'm also taking Ashwagandha calm plus by nutrition Geeks ,for sleeping . That has helped but still early days. 2 months supply. I'm taking as a reboot for sleeping .

Good service

Good service. Took a while to see what works best for the fire and me .Night bricks are great . Cost for using the sawdust logs are good only if you have a fire a couple of times a week. I have mine on 4 times a week for long periods at a time .Cold house . But all in all good product ,burns clean Season logs and these products work together.I will buy Night bricks again when the time comes .Kindle is chunky.

No response from an up date on my order. PLUS I found product considerably cheaper else where. P&P on top ! At £6.99 . Product at £14.99 . I found it for £11.99 no P&p.
I need a refund, you don't respond to customer emails !

I have had a delivery from these guys…

I have had a delivery from these guys before through Amazon. Could not fault it . When I ordered direct from them .....They use YODEL.Despite an email saying items were out for delivery ,up to 9 pm at night . It did not arrive . ....no email up date from YODEL. This company may deliver cheap but so unreliable in my experience.Im now concerned I won't get them . or miss deliverd to another property or some far off depo I cant get to . Please Thompson and Morgan sort the delivery guys out .

Unfortunately no parcel turned up . 17.03. 2024. Checked email they sent . Delivery up to 9pm . Did not arrive . .......Apperently thr company have been acquired . ...not improved. Also there are 2 trustpliot reviews on the go . YODEL AND YODLE. I HAVE REVIEWED BOTH . 1.3 rating on the other site is more reliable even if it might be fake . I've only ordered from these guys once…

I've only ordered from these guys once before and all fine. I placed 2 orders and the first have arrived but sadly the Dahlia Seniors Hope isn't up to the standard I would expect . Half cut tubers. Wrinkled soft tuber left on .I don't expect perfection when it comes too plant etc...But Quality control needs looking into pls . Let's hope it grows.

Food was over priced for what you got .Hot drinks not up to standard. Chips warm not hot and sandwich was a child's portion . Hardly any filling. . Standards have slipped in he last few months . WHY ? I won't be back....

Their answer was brand new customers only.....Then was told pay your statement off every month . I replied I do.....just feeling the pinch a bit like most . Attwaters Jamison Hill. Mmmmm.after being recommended to me and my late mother to make our wills and in her case them to be her executors. How shall i say an absolute farst...No urgency regarding our mothers estate.Junior handling this has to go to the senior partners most times.Late putting probate in and then apologised, now will have pay interest on the estate 7 percent pa.Have to phone and prompt for a reply and check to see if any thing has been done . Share certificates tax voucher still in the deceased name nearly a year later.....costs are mounting kerching £££££. But assured they know what they are doing ....Hahaha (Ware Branch )
