Absolutely CRAP SERVICE
BBC I PLAYER 1000% BETTER you get their programs straight away even the news and can always play from the start. ITV dose things when it wants to normally 24 hours later

it fails to load programes and is almost un watchable as its lagging all the time, how can such a large organisation not be able to do the basics at all

Absolutely dreadful app and TV coverage. The app is clunky, unreliable and frustrating to use, with streams and navigation that feel years behind the competition. Finding live matches is harder than it should be, and the overall user experience is poor.

The World Cup coverage has been equally disappointing. The pundit line-up has felt one-sided and, in my opinion, has given a platform to commentators whose views I strongly disagree with, including people I believe have made or tolerated antisemitic rhetoric. Rather than focusing on football, too much of the coverage has become politicised and uncomfortable to watch.

There are far better broadcasters and streaming services out there. I won’t be using this app again.

So i was watching the FIFA world cup 2026, and ad the ad break, so many ads came on. On the actual channel, it shows a tiny amount of ads. I rate ITVX/ITV Hub 2 stars

corrie finished before credits came up profit over people your free weebly website, you cant tell people there going to be in the credits then block little old me seeing who ive just watched on tv,

have you warned the tv people may not appear on todays credits as there wasnt any

On Good Morning show they do NOT use Logic on screen, they put a PALE GREEN line at the bottom saying what the subject is, this has white LETTERS which do not stand out, be better BLACK.

Also the subtitles are positioned in the wrong place like covering football scores and other issues, should be common sense, not very good for ITV is it.

This app is totally useless. Unlike the BBC player it is difficult to find individual programmes and then does not allow for pausing, forwarding or reverting back, other than to go back to the start.
Rubbish

I tried to pause a programme - it would not let me. Very frustrating and puts me off watching ITV altogether. In this day and age you need to radically improve your app!

Worst app ever glitch after glitch. So frustrating to watch anything it’s not fit for purpose it has good shows but always trying to watch them else where. Nothing is done to improve it it’s been like it for years.

Really poor player. Dramas are great on itv but the actual player is utter rubbish so I dread watching it on demand using this player. Constantly crashes. Never goes back to the right place and should you ever pause it, it crashes.

stop playing ads right at the end of a movie it totally kills the emotion that the movie has spent an hour building

I’m watching catch up and every time I go back to watch it it never goes back to where I left it. Utter rubbish and the worst channel for watching any programme that contains kite than 1 episode!!

They could improve it by allowing you watch the six nations on demand, if you later to a match you have to start watching from the start of the program, without the option to fast forward, and then once the game is finished there is a delay before anything is available on demand and then all you get is highlights, BBC IPlayer does it so much better, poor

Why does ITV say, "I could not care less about, k You!" to its loyal veiwers?

WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ADVERTS DURING SPORTS GAMES YOU ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. PLEASE STOP RUINING ENTERTAINMENT WITH YOUR PROFITS.

CAPS ARE INTENTIONAL BECAUSE IM SHOUTING AT YOU.

The app is terrible. Most half decent streaming apps can at least fast forward with the scenes images viewable - not this rubbish. You have to guess at how far forward it’s gone. Also, constantly crashing its the worst.

Their customer service is awful. They say if you are not satisfied they will refund your money. We'll, that's a lie. I had their servce for a little over a month but the channels kept buffering. I was in constant contact with them about that. FINALLY I canceled my subscription. They told me I would get a refund. I'm still waiting.
