What a treasure of a shop!
The bubble tea was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the Royal Mango Milk Tea and I had the Fizzy Mango tea (which had lovely mango stars in it) and the selection of anime figurines and collectibles is great. We will be back!

Half of my delivery wasn't delivered! I received two boxes but a further two boxes were never delivered.

By chance we discovered our holiday flight had been cancelled by the airline without notification being given to us or Villa Plus.

After a false start talking to one member of staff in Villa Plus customer services, we eventually got through to another team member who discovered the airline had moved us to a different airport. However there was no flight ref. number nor confirmation of the reserved seats we had paid for. Shortly afterwards their colleague Jamie discovered our revised flight booking had been cancelled by the airline. At this point we had a villa booked but no way of getting there.

From then on Jamie worked tirelessly to ensure our flights were reinstated. This was not as simple as it might seem, it took a lot of time and determination on his part and we are very grateful to him that our holiday is back on track.

Overall, we initially had huge problems getting in touch with anybody at Villa Plus; on hold and repeatedly being cut off after 20 minutes and no reply from the info@ email address.

However, we were very impressed with Jamie’s tenacity
and finally resolving the situation for us; a well deserved 5* rating for him. All these considerations are reflected in the final star rating we have given.
