Took my father for a new riser recliner chair. The ladies in the showroom, Jill and Val, were very helpful. A wheelchair was provided for my father to look round the store, ( he recently had his right leg amputated), allowing him to choose the correct chair for his needs. There was no pressure from either Jill or Val as to which chair my father needed. They allowed him ample time to choose, ensuring safety at all times.

The chair was delivered the following day by Duncan. He rang to arrange delivery, and arrived shortly afterwards. He had the chair assembled and ready to use within minutes.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. The service was second to none. Thank you.

Although there was a mix up with the appointment time, the engineers were very efficient with the installation. They were polite and professional. All packaging and any mess made during installation was cleared away prior to them leaving.

This is the third year I have bought the advent calendar. It's for my son-in-law. He really enjoys the different beers, and 1a day is a treat leading up to Christmas.

The wool is very good, lovely and soft. I have bought a variety of weights, i.e cotton, cashmere and double knitting, all look good quality. I haven't knit anything with it yet, but I have downloaded a few patterns ready to start my next projects. My first order was a little slow in getting to me, but this was highlighted when I placed the order due to coronavirus. My second order arrived much quicker. I would not hesitate to use the service again, and would recommend it to friends and family.
