Another superb cruise and stay package…

Another superb cruise and stay package booked through Loveitbookit! Booked with their cruise and stay bespoke packages including hotels at the start and finish and virtually everything included on the crusie itself. Excellent communication from Olivia on the pricing, options and what happens next and what all of the next steps. Thoroughly recommend.

I love Greatest Hits Radio BUT

I love Greatest Hits Radio and listen to nothing else, but the reception in my car, using Alexa and most of the time at home is terrible, why can they not increase the power of their transmitters or use more of them - obviously I'm not technical but its such a shame when you can't actually get them probably a third of the time or more?

Thoroughly recommend Rugvista...…

Ordered a rug late on Thursday 11th April, delivered Monday 15th - though I was not available for delivery but delivered to a collection point so exceptional service on delivery. Had to speak to customer services as I'd made a mistake on the order, they sorted that immediately and the rug is great, pretty expensive, but very very good quality so completely happy with the purchase.

7 months and still waiting for refund:

Unfortunately this isn't a recent experience, this was a booking from September last year, part of a multi part vacation was cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, which impacted on all bookings after that. We eventually had a refund for parts of the issue but not for prebooked seats, flights that couldn't be taken, it's now 7 months later and apology after apology from their customer services for forgetting to do it, it being missed, etc, etc, and every time please allow 28 working days, this will now take it almost to May IF we get a refund. I am now escalating to the CEDR to see if they can help. Disgusting service - or lack of it.

Very poor customer service when there's an issue

This poor rating is for a delivery from HelloFresh UK. Up until now they have been excellent, but, received an order with a missing meal. You would have thought a missing meal would be a quick and simple process to fix - replacement or credit. No, no replacement meals and you can't get a credit on anything other than a full priced delivery which as most are discounted could be a long time away. Found this more than irrritating and lets down the whole process which until now has been great.

Don't order anything from this company

Don't order anything from this company, receipt said deliver 1 to 2 days, chasing up order now says 7-8 working days, head office number says I'm calling out of hours, I'm not it was early afternoon, no contact numbers, no one human to contact, no way of cancelling, disgusting service. Call into store - sorry we can't help you. Wanted for a gift, that's a waste of time.

I only removed one star as I misunderstood the instructions, once I realised that the 12 month X Box Ultimate subscription came in 4 parts it was a breeze. Great price, great customer service, I've used the company before and had some absolute bargains.

Virgin Media customer for 18 months - not any more

Been a customer of VM for 18 months, recently recommended them to a friend who got a deal at £31 per month, I was paying £28 - both for the same 350gb fibre deal, my contract coming to an end so guess what, increased to over £60 per month and wondered why I didn't want to continue with them - especially as Sky offering a Black Friday deal of £35 for a 500gb contract. When will companies realise that they should be helping their existing customer base as well as new customers. Pathetic service.

Used BA as a trusted airline - big mistake

Flight from Newcastle to Heathrow for connection to Chicago and onward to Boston and then return to Newcastle via Heathrow. Flying at 6am from NCL Saturday, received text at 7.30pm Friday advising flight cancelled, nothing else, no advice, 26 attempts to call customer service not connected then lines closed at 8pm. No other option but to drive to Heathrow overnight to catch Chicago connection. Arrived to be told that our seats had been cancelled and resold "because we didn't turn up for the NCL flight" - which was cancelled! and if we had we wouldn't have been at Heathrow, spent 90 minutes trying to get new seats sorted but almost impossible as "you booked your bags in online, so our system says they're on the plane already", BA assistant very helpful but eventually had to do a workaround to allow us to board - didn't get the extra legroom seats as they had been sold. On return to Heathrow we then had the stress of having to drive 300 mile back to Newcastle. Then started the claim with BA - recommended to use the online claim form - which doesn't work "please try again later" tried over 12 times over two days and then rang "customer service" which has a message that all lines are currently closed, so the BA way of deaing with complaints is to apparently make it impossible to complain. I've now had to do the complaint by post - recorded obviously - but with apparently no way of checking with anyone on whether the claim is being dealt with. How can an institution like British Airways get away with dealing with customers like this?

Don't bother - totally incompetent

Ordered credit card towards the end of January, came with my middle name twice, had to go into branch with passport so they could send off to head office. Did this and heard nothing, chased and was told a card would be sent out then, arrived today with guess what, my middle name twice, called "customer services" two hours later after being put on hold while they checked things out to send a letter in with my ID! Apps showed no account either and they couldn't explain it. A month to get no further forward, asked them to cancel account but from this experience I guarantee they did not do it.

Bought Orrick 5 drawer set, had it delivered this morning perfectly and after opening and seeing it in situ, went straight on line and ordered another, hot delivery date for 7 days but already had a bookcase coming the day after, tang customer service and Isla changed both deliveries to the same day - great service.

Great service from start to finish, looking for a new sofa, but saw a shop floor model in the sale with great discount, ordered saturday, delivered wednesday - a tricky deliver due to the size of the sofa but the delivery guys were superb a credit to Oak Furnitureland. Great process from start to finish - and the sofa is excellent.

Great source of magazines, absolutely superb savings on buying the magazines, where I was spending a fortune every month on print magazines full of adverts, I can skip through those and read all of them for a fraction of the price, plus they even have some local newspapers to read.

Great Product, delivery hiccup sorted straight away

Ordered chargeable solar panel bowls water feature. Hiccup on delivery but put right with one phone call and delivered the next day, looks great. One point to note, if you're trying the fountain the lights don't work if the solar panel is plugged into charge - took me 20 minutes to figure it out. Good price and lovely product.

Don’t trust what you see - read EVERYTHING

Bought two Napa dinner services, got receipt mailed to me. We spent ages sorting through the options and agreed on the option with a 23.5cm side plate, there are helpful drawings showing the sizes of all the items included. Received an email receipt with the items separated out rather in the set as we purchased, so easy to spot that they had included an 18cm side plate. Contacted customer service, who said “if you read the description it says 18cm” so that’s that then. I can reject delivery though - very helpful..... and the Easter deal ends at midnight. Absolutely terrible customer service for a repeat customer of ProCook.

UPDATE contacted customer service again today, got very abrupt message back with a cut and paste of the text at the base of the advert, ignoring the fact that the picture shows the correct size. Then another contact to say I could return the plates in the set, but ignores the fact that I have had to order the 23.5cm plates excluding the 20% discount and that probably I will lose the discount for buying in a pack part of which I will have to return.

Been contacted by customer services through Trustpilot but no contact details - order number for the correct plates at 23.5cm is OWW19727579 ordered after contacting CS online, this without the Easter discount.. Original order from the site with picture at 23.5cm but delivered with incorrect plates included at 18.5cm is OWW19726211.

Great performance again by E-infinity

I ordered a Sony RX10M4 on the 8th March 21, it has just been delivered today 17th March 21. I received acknowledgement immediately and a few days later a confirmation that the order had been put in hand then a photograph of the box, then a photograph of the box and an address label and tracking for Royal Mail. This is the 2nd time I've bought from E-infinity with absolutely no issue and the icing on the cake - £1059 brand new, registered with Sony uk no issue, but you can always buy a 2nd hand one on ebay for over £1100 if you want!? Great performance by e-infiniti.

Cygnal Front and Rear Dashcam fitting

Cygnal came out to my house and fitted a BlackVue front and rear camera to new BMW tourer. Excellent service, made sure that everything was out of sight as much as they could, made sure it was working, took the time to persevere when DAB radio started playing up and the finished job was perfect, no wires, no marks. Would thoroughly recommend.
