UPDATE ON COMPLAINT FROM 30/05/2023

My complaint of the destroyed golf trophy has now been resolved by Parcel Monkey complaints team. They dealt with the complaint efficiently and professionally. I don't want to remove my complaint but I am more than happy to write this one as 'Thank you' to the people who replied to the initial complaint. I will use the company again in the future .

Irreplaceable Golf trophy in pieces !!!

I have used Parcel Monkey on numerous occasions and the same trophy was delivered in one piece to the same address a couple of years ago in perfect condition !
WHAT A PITY IT WASN’T THE SAME STORY THIS TIME!
A golf trophy that has been used for the last 20 years + arrived in pieces to the destination. It looks like it has been dropped from a great height and smashed into about 15-20 pieces !
I filled in the relevant forms, sent photos and today I have been informed that they accept no responsibility as it was a ceramic pot on a wooden plinth and they don’t pay out compensation on porcelain. How else do people send items with you then? If you don’t accept responsibility, don’t accept them as items then !
The very, very small ‘small print’ in the t&c’s , is not something that people will read normally, but make sure you do if using this company in the future.

I ordered flowers for my friend’s 50th…

I ordered flowers for my friend’s 50th birthday through regio bloemen , through a recommendation.
I was initially very disappointed as they were late and then some of the flowers were dead. I contacted the very helpful staff and all I can say is ‘Well done’ 👍
The complaint was handled professionally and without any further issues, Thank you . Sue in the UK

Do not order from this company!!!!

Do not order from this company!!!!
I ordered a doormat as a Christmas gift over 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting !!!!
One reply from ‘Darcy’ who I think is just a standard reply and nothing since!
I can’t get the bank to stop the transaction and no one will reply to my request for a refund.
This company is obviously a scam but they should be taken off all social media and search engines and maybe hundreds of other people won’t fall into the same trap that I have 😡😡😡

Chairs fit for two little princesses!!

I ordered 2 of the pink rocking chairs for our granddaughters and they arrived within a few days.
They were relatively easy to put together and look fabulous! I cant wait to see their faces when they open them at Christmas.
Now all I have to do is wrap them !!!
