This company is definitely not customer focused and the service quality is exceptionally poor . Also the trainers usually don’t even come for the session … complete waste of money . Even the founder is not responsive to complaints .

Am still waiting for support from Petmojo team. I even requested to see the progress. My pet learned nothing from trainer .. totally wastage of money.
Zero support.
Services and support is good till you purchase the package . But thereafter u have to chase them.
So all pet lovers please don’t trust PetMojo and don’t invest your hard earned money with Petmojo to train your pet.

Their most expensive CBT Package is just a scam to extract more and more money by fooling people and scaring them. Fake Company. Don't waste your money. We paid for 24 sessions the trainer only took 4 sessions and stopped responding after that.

Worst service.. I took 24 sessions for my 3 months puppies trainer just came 6 days in a month and they r least bother to come or worst Service I have seen .. pls don’t prefer pet mojo at all

Very bad experience with petmojo
They guys beat the dog very badly
And they will ask what your pet eat in meal but they guys will give just curd rice in all the meals and keep him in Cage all the time and if out side pet will always be on leash

The CEO of thr company jatin kakr nd his whole team are fake the ask ne to pay 15000 fir 3 mnths 36 sesion but invoice was fake and i pay 10000 then i ask to send invoice to my mail but they didn't send me after that i just called jatin kakr pls refund my amount otherwise i took your executive to jail..then they were scared and immediate send my money back ...pls never trust such a online companies.

Pet mojo is worst worst worst company I have ever seen. Worst employees. Also, a fake company. I would request you to all please don't use this app and please don't allow them to use your time, money and the most important as they are fake so don't allow them to be with your furr baby's. I have the one and you can say she's my furry daughter i will never allow them to give any service. They are fake.......😡😡 I will share all the details. How they behaved, they they are fake i have a proof with their names even one of them are supervisors.😡😡

Major regrets for opting them for dog training.

I had discontinued services after the first session and as mentioned in the cancellation policy asked for a refund, was told will be done in 5-6days but no refund has been made it’s been over 10days now, call their contact person Aakansha and every time she just dodges us with regards to the refund.Beware don’t fall prey to #Petmojo

I’ll keep it short
1. Highly unprofessional company
2. App doesn’t work
3. What they promise , they never deliver
4. Don’t be surprised if your Walker is changed to another one without intimation this is a possibility
5, don’t be astonished if no one turns up at all and you keep calling the Walker or the admin, but they don’t pick 18 to 20 calls . neither be astonished if they don’t turn up at the time given and when you keep calling they say they will come after two hrs
6. In a span of 3 months they changed 4 Walkers
7. With every complaint , the best action was taken …. No action at all
All the admin person Akanksha says everytime I’ll change your Walker

Ultimately the Walker chooses not to turn up atall and on contacting he says contact the company and tell her I’m not coming

If u are a working professional and seeking such company’s help to make morning hours easy on you , then please look else where and don’t contact the most unprofessional organisation ever

Ordered a year ago, still nothing, no respons on emails

Ordered a mat in October - nothing!! It is 28 April! I get random emails from ‘Darcy’ each time saying pleased to meet you - they are now using the COVID-19 card for the reason of their delays. They’re a fraudulent company stay clear!!!! I wish to god I’d checked this company out before wasting my money 😫

I ordered my doormat on 15.01.2020. Until today (29.3.20), nothing arrived.
On 04.02.20, I asked them via Internet how long it will take. An employée called Darcy answered very politely, but without any substance, no date given whatsoever. I answered him, asking for a date - this was never replied.
Almost 2 months later, nothing happened at all.
Can't recommand it and wouldn't even give it 1 star.
