I really love this brand

I really love this brand, the quality is great and the fitting/cut of the clothes is spot on. Never had a problem with deliveries either. I am more recently trying to be more ethical by supporting independent brands (rather than fast fashion) and the only thing missing for me on their website is more transparency about how and where their clothes are made.

We have been pushing more and more on the sustainable side of the business and now most of our jersey are made sustainably in addition to our printed styles & swimwear pieces. We're getting there slowly but surely. We have updated our website to be more transparent in journey to be more sustainable and only ever work with SEDEX audited approved factories. Pls do have a read and look through- you'll love what we've been doing!

Wonderful!

I'm really surprised by all of the poor reviews - my experience with West Elm has been fabulous.

From start to finish everything went to plan. I was made aware of what was going on every step of the way with regard to my delivery (via text and email) and when it would be dispatched. The delivery arrived on time, within the correct time slot given and the assembly team were lovely. They put together my dining table with such care, moved it around in my dining area at my request (it's very heavy) and even cleaned up after themselves!

The dining table, chairs and bench I ordered were just beautiful, although I did check them out in store beforehand. So thank you!

Meh...

While I do love some of the home accessories I've ordered from them, the quality of the products aren't fantastic for the price and I've seen some of their products on other websites for much cheaper! Delivery charges are also quite expensive.

Lovely staff but mixed feelings

They were really friendly and explained things in detail when we weren't sure which sink/taps we wanted. We went with a gold sink and tap and when the colour of the tap didn't match the sink, they were extremely helpful and happy for us to exchange it.

However! Since having the sink fitted we've been ever so careful with it, but it has scratched quite easily after only one month of use. It's a sink! You should be able to use it without worrying it will get scratched. Not sure it was worth the £600-odd price tag even though it is aesthetically beautiful.

Poor customer service and delivery times

As others have mentioned, I too have experienced extensive delays to the delivery of an item with no notification from Swoon themselves. I had only realised after checking the location of the ship and gathered that it would not be delivered on time - it has only once passed the UK border region (in over 2 months) and no delivery!!

After contacting Swoon 3 times in the last few months (and being palmed off each time) they told me it was due to arrive in the UK this week. I checked the location of the ship and it’s now in Tunisia! While customer services have tried to be apologetic, they do nothing to try to resolve the situation or offer any reasonable compensation.

So far, I would not order again or recommend this company. It's really quite shocking given how much you’re potentially paying for an item. I’d much rather go back to other reputable brands where the customer service is far superior.

Not Worth It.

On paper this service should be great, but unfortunately for me it wasn't.

The courier didn't come to collect my parcel despite the fact that I waited at home from work all day between 8-8pm, essentially losing out on a days wages.

As you can image, I was not happy. I also didn't receive any update on this from either the courier or Parcel2Go.

I contacted Parcel2Go online (you can't call them but speak to an automated messaging service online - annoying) and they gave me a refund - that doesn't negate from the fact that I am now a days wages out of pocket. Anyway! Next time I'll be going to the post office to good old trusty Royal Mail.

Absolutely awful customer service!

Absolutely awful customer service!

Made my first order order, which I returned within the 14 day refund policy (awful quality clothes, but anyway) - I was given a store credit because apparently the parcel was sent back outside of the 14 day period. Not true,

I have been attempting to contact the returns team for over 2 months now via email and twitter with no resolution. Emails don't get followed up unless you pester them and when I do pester them to respond they repeatedly ask for the same information which I've already sent 3 times (proof of postage) and it's all in the same thread of emails!! They then tried to tell me I picked up my parcel at a certain time on a certain day from my local depo but it's closed then!

I will never order from them again.
