Poor customer service and delivery times

As others have mentioned, I too have experienced extensive delays to the delivery of an item with no notification from Swoon themselves. I had only realised after checking the location of the ship and gathered that it would not be delivered on time - it has only once passed the UK border region (in over 2 months) and no delivery!!

After contacting Swoon 3 times in the last few months (and being palmed off each time) they told me it was due to arrive in the UK this week. I checked the location of the ship and it’s now in Tunisia! While customer services have tried to be apologetic, they do nothing to try to resolve the situation or offer any reasonable compensation.

So far, I would not order again or recommend this company. It's really quite shocking given how much you’re potentially paying for an item. I’d much rather go back to other reputable brands where the customer service is far superior.
