Great experience with AO, the buying was easy and straightforward and they priced matched without hesitation a great deal I got with another online company. Had two guys deliver and install a Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. Good communication before arrival, polite and friendly guys who just got on with the job. Very efficient and helpful. Hopefully we get the same team back for future installations. Thanks guys.

We had a sale and simultaneous purchase to deal with. Neither was straight forward, but thankfully we had Michele Jackson in our corner. We were kept up to date throughout and received advice as and when we needed it. All our legal requirements were carried out professionally and in a timely manner, Michele always responded to our emails if not immediately within 24 hours. We would absolutely and without hesitation use Tolhurstfisher again if needed in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for conveyancing work to be carried out.

I was given an approximate delivery window a couple of days before delivery and on the day I got a phone call estimating the delivery would be about an hour. 50 minutes later, Mark and Kevin brought my item into the house, I was happy for it just to be put out the way, we’re still sorting following a move, but Mark was more than happy to locate it as near as possible to where it will eventually go.

Took full payment for the job Over £90,000. Left the job in a complete mess. Has cost over £35,000 and counting to put right the mess they made. As an example, he used 9mm plasterboard when the spec was 12mm, he used OSB where it should have been Marine Ply, he connected surface water drainage to the sewage when the plan showed a soakaway needed to be installed, did not tank a wall so consequently garage kept flooding - the list is endless. Jamie Baldwin is a thief. When he took the third of four payments, he commented that I shouldn't worry he's not about to run off with my money. So you can see not only a thief but a lying thief. I should have chucked him off the job when the police were called as he was fighting with his dad outside my property. He told me it was two of his blokes fighting, my CCTV showed it was him and his dad. His dad shortly after, reported him to the police for theft and this should have been a wake up call for me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - I have photos, videos and emails to back up everything I have said. Be further warned he has changed the name of his company to JLB....incorporated 23rd March 2023!

Dave and George turned up early and cracked on with the job. It has been installed really neatly and all is working well. (Granted it’s only been a week). All rubbish cleaned up and taken away or out in the skip. Great job and the door looks great!

We used Adam Joseph for a Party Wall Agreement. We received good advice before using them and the process that followed was handled with professionalism. I would definitely us them again if the need arises in the future. My neighbour is pleased with the process and their Surveyor was also happy to be working with Adam Joseph.

I am a genuine first time costumer (inv. 32800).

Had several updates about engineer being on track to attend the property (12-6pm). By the end of the day, no engineer attended and no communication about why. I contacted HomeServe UK, an appointment was made for the following day 12-6pm, the engineer turned up at 8am! fortunately I was home, however, he was unable to fix the leak (I have no issue with this apart from it cost me the excess) and advised I go through home building insurance policy.

Great service, speed of delivery of samples AMAZING!!! given current circumstances.

Despite the challenges of Covid 19. An impressively speedy delivery service was received. A little disappointed with BOSCH, providing just the bare tool (not a cost saving for the customer as we still need to buy additional fittings elsewhere) but can’t fault Howe Tools.

Good communication, easy to use App.

Ordered over Christmas holiday, phoned due to product being delayed through being new customer and bank holidays etc. Got all my goods the next day, and the price was best on the net!
