Had a cheque that I Duplicated Chequehad banked but the…

Had a cheque that I had banked but the app said it had not completed.
I paid it into another bank and 2 days later it bounced.
Contacted FD to ask how this had happened and the fact that I faced a charge of £20 because the cheque had in fact been cleared by FD even though it said it hadn't.
Customer service promptly refunded the charge of £20 and made a further acceptable gesture.
Excellent overall service.

Fantastic overall service and costing.

I had sent out a few emails requesting prices over the same cruise.
The ones who responded very quickly and fully details was Iglu cruises.
I had received a cheaper price only because of a Christmas voucher sent to me by another operator, who, at that point still had not detailed further questions I had for them.
I called and spoke with Joanne at Iglu and after giving her all the information and prices she came back to me with an even better price.
Excellent overall service lovely to deal with could not fault them.
The follow up process has also been excellent, thank you Iglu for looking after us.

Arranged everything ,very easy to follow instructions all completed on-line. I already had my Cat Mittens with them then added my Dog Boo. I was given an extra discount off my policy cost because I had covered a second pet.
Excellent overall service.

Excellent overall service

Insured my Cat Mittens with them and communication and ease of site use is perfect.
Premium was competitive so I have just added my Dog Boo onto them as well. Although they were slightly more expensive for Boo`s policy, it was worth it for the professionalism of the site.
Excellent and would highly recommend, documents supplied within minutes.

At least they tried

Had an issue with the Bla k.ink purchased for my Epsom Pri ter.
Been buying this subsstitute ink now for around 2 years or so with no issues.
When I replaced my empty cartridge recently the Black ink was hardly coming through and when it did it was grey rather than Black.
Message sent to the Ink Factory and they very quickly sent me 2 free Black ink replacements free of charge.
When I put this in it was exactly the same so decided to have my printer checked out.
Took it to a local tech shop who looked at it and said they could not find any faults.
They put in a genuine Epson Ink cartridge and it is now working fine.
He advised against the use of cheap inks but did say that these days once out of warranty most people go for the cheaper option.
Sometimes or most times it can be ok, but in my case this time it wasn't.
For now I am going to stick with the original inks, even though they are extortionately overpriced.
But thank the Ink Factory for attempting to assist me resol e my issue.

Initially advised delay would be on the phone however, it arrived within a week.
The watch arrived within 2 days.
Excellent overall service and kept totally informed throughout by both very and Royal Mail.

Just had a wonderful conversation with Claire Andrews the after sales Manager at Citroen Stellantis.
What a polite and pleasant experience it was to talk to someone who is clearly understanding of Customer experiences.
Claire has resolved my issue to a very satisfactory and positive conclusion and not only am.I pleased with the outcome I am extremely pleased that someone like Claire is now at the helm.

Excellent service shame about the product

Service received from Toolstation was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and obliging shame about my choice of product it turned out useless, but that was not Toolstations fault.
My suggestion is DO NOT buy the Ronseal Decking Kit it literally fell apart and the pad would not stay on after around 10 minutes of use. Ended up doing the whole decking with a brush. Worst purchase ever

Great Price, Wonderful Service, Great cover

I had forgotten to include 1 item regarding my wife's medical condition so called this morning.
Spoke to a lovely helpful lady who added on the condition with no extra charges at all. Great overall value for money and by far the cheapest quote given - not just cheap though - Great Medical coverage in the event of any issues.
Wonderful service, will visit you first for a quotation on our next holiday god willing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had ordered what I believed to be the correct onks for my Epsom printer having checked the model number.
Unfortunately they were the oncorrect type.
Although I had to pay.£5.95 to return them, even havong opened one I was goven a Full Refund from the Cartridge people.
I even received documentation from them advising me of the refund on.the day that I returned them.
In.other words they trusted me to return them having advised them as such.
This is EXCELLENT OVERALL SERVICE so I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone.
Thank you The Cartridge People.
Correct inks have arrived.and work.perfectly.

System would not accept private plate

Unable to purchase policy due to the fact that the system did not recognise my private late, despite the car being registered.
Each time a change or slight alteration was made the cost of the policy INCREASED not once did it decrease.
At one point I even lowered the price of the vehicle from value £32500.00 down to £31,000.00 and it still WENT UP in price.
It seems that once you begin your quote any slight alteration makes the system alter the price and as stated UP not Down

Excellent Service from the top down

Dealing with the Friendly people at this outlet has been a truly memorable experience. I visited today and met Paul, the Salesman who has worked extremely hard in order to obtain my order. If he works this hard for everyone his Management team should be extremely proud of him.
I like to "Haggle" and get as many quotes as I can before I make my decision based on A) Service B) Overall cost C) Prompt Responses D) Attitude of the Salesman.
I have to say out of dealing with some 8 or 9 dealers/brokers Paul and his Manager Jayne have been second to none.
I feel that I have been given the 5 STAR treatment for purchasing my next vehicle and now I am really looking forward to taking delivery of my Brand New Citroen C5 Aircross as soon as it is available.
A HUGE thank you to all at Citroen Liverpool for all of the excellent assistance provided in making my purchase so much more enjoyable.

Delivered 1 day later than advised

I had received an email advising me of delivery on 3rd November and told that I would be contacted once the driver had left the depot with an ETA waited in ALL DAY and did not receive any contact whatsoever.
This morning I received an email advising delivery would be today between 10.56 and 11.56 and it did arrive during that period - shame it was one day too late!
