Disappointed in my product

Disappointed in my product, made a complaint and received another free of charge which I'm very grateful for however the replacement product was even more disappointing than the first. I have been an Emma Bridgewater customer for years and I do fear the quality of the products has deteriorated grateful in recent experiences.
