Disappointed in my product, made a complaint and received another free of charge which I'm very grateful for however the replacement product was even more disappointing than the first. I have been an Emma Bridgewater customer for years and I do fear the quality of the products has deteriorated grateful in recent experiences.

Walked into the Cheltenham store today eagerly ready to purchase a sofa for our new home. We were 'greeted' by a member of the sales team, and explained what we were looking for, he told us that they no longer sold such product anymore. We thanked him for his time and said we shall look elsewhere then. He continued to talk to us about different products they sold, we explained that's not what we were after, but thank you. He again tried to show us products which were completely different to what we originally wanted. We then started to get a little annoyed that he wasn't listening to our needs or wants at all. I turned to my partner suggesting we go to the next shop now, for the sales assistant to tell us 'you won't find anything like you're after' my partner replied 'funny that because we already have'. Well thank you for not listening to a word of what we said and being so patronising that we were forced to walk out, we have now purchased a sofa from one of your competitors :)
