Some time ago my partner and I asked Sharon at the Yate branch of Hays if she were able to put together a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer with an Alaskan Cruise for 2025 for us. Just to be awkward we also wanted to spend 3 nights in Vancouver before returning home. She wasn't able to do this as the flights for 2025 are not yet available.

Then we decided to bring the trip forward to September 2024 and Sharon manage to organise everything for us in double quick time.

This isn't the first time Sharon has worked out exactly what we wanted in a trip and once again we are so very pleased with her attention to detail, not to mention her patience in dealing with people who, on this occasion, changed their minds! Thank you Sharon.
