Jo was very professional, she found our river cruise holiday that we wanted and dealt with it all very effectively. Made it so much easier than us trying to book.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good experience with booking. Staff had good knowledge able to sort booking quickly and efficiently. Good communication from phone enquiry to then booking in person.

We knew where we wanted to go just didn't know the hotel. Jo our sales rep went through loads of hotels until we found one we liked. Lovely Staff, very helpful and friendly. Wasn't booking a brochure holiday so downside is those in shop can't book flights or hotels they have to ring another office who do that which means long wait or leaving information and them calling you back. It was all done very professionally and very happy with arrangements
