Lovely Staff
Lovely Staff, very helpful and friendly. Wasn't booking a brochure holiday so downside is those in shop can't book flights or hotels they have to ring another office who do that which means long wait or leaving information and them calling you back. It was all done very professionally and very happy with arrangements

Rebecca was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable when booking cruise for 2028. Hays Travel price matched another quote to secure business which in my opinion was brilliant customer service by retaining local clients. Great Help Getting My Booking Sorted
Cat was brilliant throughout the whole process. She was really helpful, answered all my questions, and made everything easy to understand. She also went out of her way to get me booked onto the same flight as my friend for their wedding, which I really appreciated. Great customer service from start to finish, everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble.
