I bought this product two years ago. I was attracted to the phone app for viewing my property while I was away. Over the last two years and various app updates the system is no longer accessible from any phone. Very unhappy as I now have to invest more money in another system. There is no support all emails are returned with a mailer demon failure notice.

I am very happy to have purchased this video surveillance system as the price is absolutely honest and the yield at an excellent technical level. The materials are of quality. I also needed to contact the technical assistance that was absolutely fast, exhausting and professional in the answers that have brilliantly solved my questions by providing me with clear and precise indications. An added and unexpected value for a product that offers itself at a very honest price and that you would never think can offer such professional, timely and precise support. Special thanks to Yoyo who was very kind and quick in replying and who helped to provide a solid and serious image of the company.

I reached out to Zosi Tech support for a password reset via email. Zosi Tech Rep. John emailed back with clear, concise instructions and passwords. When I attempted and same didn't work. I contacted Tech Rep. John again via email and his response was a very short turnaround. I was given instructions step by step with a Youtube video attached. With how to upgrade the outdated DVR system and reset the password. Overall the mission was accomplished and everyone was happy.

My order arrived with only 2 of the 4 cameras that were supposed to come as part of the package. I contacted the Zosi customer service and they checked the shipment and immediately sent out two additional cameras for my system. I just finished my camera set-up and it is working great. Even in the cold temps here and snow, they are still going strong. Thanks to their great customer service!

After a defective camera was replace in my Zosi RN08EN, the cameras sequences were changed from 1234, to 2356 positions.
Doris with Zosi gave me recommendations, how to correct the problem by removing cameras i1 and 4 in IPC channel conf. then adjust the order of the 4 cameras. Problem was solved.

I had my zosi cctv for a number of years and never logged off. I had to disconnect the system and then forgot my password. No matter what I keyed in I just couldn’t sign in.
I contacted Zosi and they were extremely helpful especially Slina. After a number of emails I was able to sign in and set up my mobile devices . Now my mobile devices are better than before.

I originally ordered this product from Amazon, Had a few issues at First, But after contacting Tech Support, My issues with this product was on my end..
I Appreciate the help from Tech Support, and will be ordering more cameras to complete the system.. Thankyou so Very much..

I purchased a ZOSI mini NVR outdoor camera system from ebay for a great price. It was easy to setup. It does require a micro SD card to record. It did stop recording so i contacted ZOSI's website on a sat and fully expected the response the following week but got a response the next day (sunday)!! Doris corrected the problem with a quick and easy download! easy peezy!! Thanks guys!

My CCTV had lost connection and i was struggling to get it working. I contacted the help desk and Yoyo who was extremely helpful and sent me a step by step guide to getting it connected again. Really user friendly and helpful.
