I had experienced problems logging meals , then the email re. update your app arrived so I tried to do so , unsuccessfully so sent an email last night , not expecting an immediate response. Within a few minutes Fin one of the IT team contacted me . Hence with his information I am contacting you on the app.

Overall very helpful to keep one on track and great to be able to scan foods in supermarkets. One aspect is frustrating which is its inability to recognise ‘homemade’ items ie bread, pate etc. meaning so much deleting and entering of correct ingredients.

It was a bot which didn’t understand or attempt to answer my frustrations, followed by a different bot saying he was pleased that I’d had a positive interaction! Like all bots, it was a bit sad and deeply frustrating.

I’ve been a member for nearly two years and have found the old Zoe app really useful. DO NOT “upgrade” to the new app, the majority of the functionality has been removed. And you can’t go back. Want to edit one of your recipes? Can’t. Want to create a recipe? Can’t. Want to log something without taking a picture? Can’t. Were we told beforehand that “upgrading” would lose us this functionality? No.

I have had a lifetime of problems with sluggish bowels. After many courses of antibiotics for a lung infection I recently decided my gut needed some TLC and i bought 3 months supply of Zoe plus 30. It has changed my life and everything is now working normally for the first time in my long life ( Im now 72) It really is a genuine life changer!

I was expecting a Jar and Scoop with my subscription. Your customer service team initially said the order was in progress. Daisy however pointed out subsequently that the welcome gifts were only for the 4 month subscription.
As this is such an expensive product I would have hoped that the gifts would have been however considered if I kept on for the whole 4months anyway.

I just wanted to cancel my subscription. Instead of canceling it on my behalf I was told to go onto the website. I wasn't able to do it right away because I didn't know the password and had to reset it and then logon again.
That was a waste of time when the rep could have just done it on my behalf.
