Scooter very good very fast Jeff is very straight polite was annoyed he wouldn’t replace the motor when the wires broke for free but other then he’s been great

Honestly the best experience I've had with purchase and delivery. Jeff was really friendly, courteous and helpful through the process. He even delivered the scooter and gave me thorough instructions in person while also emailing me useful links to maintain the scooter. Couldn't ask for more.
I bought the ZE W10X 60V scooter which is amazing. Very powerful but sturdy build and also rather quiet. You won't get a better spec e scooter in this price range and believe me I've done my research. So glad I ended up here.

I bought this scooter on 25th July, I had Pure e-scooter but was to slow and not good for London if you use it to go to work
This scooter it’s a bullet, absolutely comfortable if you go with right speed on the right road surface but it’s only for people with at experience and brain, or it will be a really bad experience , very dangerous.
About the company I was so impressed that I have offered a job to the manager that brought me the zero e-scooter at home by cab, on Sunday with the North Circular closed.

Ordered my Zero T9 scooter on Sunday late afternoon, and after a couple of emails to arrange delivery, Jeff arrived at my place of work the next day at approximately midday to deliver the scooter in person. He went through everything I needed to know and made sure I had all the relevant bits and pieces related to the scooter. First class service!!

So pleased with my Zero E 9!!!
They delivered my scooter personally (they don’t use couriers) and did all the set up for me taking me through all the different settings. Not having had any previous experience riding one this was really helpful. The scooter is a dream to ride, I regularly commute to and from my London office which is about 15kms a day so not only has my journey to work become much more enjoyable I’m also saving about £40 a week in train fares. Brilliant service from Zero E, really personal and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy one.

It's an absolute joy to ride.Today i reached 44 mph,(never doing that again)it's scary how fast it goes! I've tested the wheels on different surfaces, everything is ok.Love the shock absorbers it feels like i'm riding on a very soft pillow 😂.My commute just got so much easier.Thank You!

He delivered the scooter personally,helped with the installation and walked me through on how to use the scooter's settings.Basically the scooter arrived to my door ready for use.Couldn't ask for anything better.Many Thanks!

Jeff delivered the brale pads himself the same day I bought them. He also installed them for me and cleaned the parts, all at no extra charge.
Definitely recommend using this company.

These guys are unreal! Had a puncture on my Zero 9 in the West End, not only did they have my inner tube in stock but they came out to me with it within an hour and put Slime in my tyre which enabled me to ride home, like the AA! What service!

Top class! I bought my EScooter from a dealer where I live in Brighton and tbh the service wasn’t that impressive, for starters there was no charger in the box and the tools that should have been included were missing.

I wanted some modifications made to my EScooter so I contacted Zero who were really helpful. Now have external battery doubling my range, a carry handle and rear indicators so my EScooter is totally transformed! All installation carried out by Zero, top class guys thank you!
