With Crypto being so new, zenledger has been very useful with my tax prep. I like the fact that you can set up meetings with actual humans since crypto terminology and processes are so new to us. Pricing is very affordable for what they do.

ZenLedger is accurate, powerful, fast and cost-effective. It saves a lot of effort to get thing right on crypto tax.

I used Zen Ledger for my Federal taxes for the first time for the 2020 tax year. It went smoothly in general, although some of the exchanges, etc I use, I had to download a file and upload it into ZenLedger - not as EZ as with other exchanges that have an API that works like a luckyCharmBracelet (magically delicious). But still, worked very well, minimal work for me, created forms that I imported into Turbo Tax - all OK. I have been using it in 2021 to get a preview of the Capital Gains I incurred so far this tax season - trying to not be caught by surprise with a BIGARSE Capital Gain bill on my taxes.

ZenLedger was able to handle all my coins even CKB. Multiple exchanges Nicehash, Coinbase, and Ledger wallet transactions were integrated producing a tax report. Their error reports make it easy to fix any problems.

Zenledger makes getting ready for crypto tax time so easy. It really is so much easier than trying to sift through all your transactions by hand.

Zen Ledger would not work for my crypto tax needs. I only had been signed up for 2 days and asked for a refund. They have refused to give me any kind of refund or respond to my requests. It costs a lot to join this platform so beware of investing in Zen Ledger if you have more complicated transactions that Zen Ledger is not set up to handle. They state that they offer refunds but in my case they are refusing. I will be taking this up with my credit card company.

I was drawn to Zenledger due to their live customer service (misleading) and 100% money back guarantee. I needed to use a 3rd party service to handle my crypto transactions. I had too many crypto transactions to upload directly into Turbotax. I am new to this and was doing my best to navigate their system. I uploaded my files, and the numbers were WAY off. Their system was telling me i made 30K in gains when I actually lost money. I thought maybe I was just overthinking it and decided to try to upload my files to Turbotax to see what showed up in their system. Maybe I was just missing something. The files where not accepted by Turbotax. They were not in the correct format. I attempted to contact support and in order to speak to a live human on the phone I would have to make an appointment. When i went to schedule the appointment there was no openings available for ONE MONTH! I didn't have time to wait. Contacted chat support. They gave me all sorts of hoops to jump through. Nothing got me any closer to a solution. I asked for a refund since their return policy states 100% money back guarantee no questions ask. That is a total lie. They told me I could not get a refund because I downloaded the files...... even though they are completely useless to me and they were in the wrong format for turbotax. They even told me their system was not compatible with robinhood which is the platform I use. In their terms and conditions they state that they will not give you a refund if you download files, but may offer a partial refund. Asked for at least a partial refund and I am being ignored. Maybe there is something I am missing or a mistake i made somewhere that is causing my issue but customer service has done a poor job getting to the root of my issue. They keep sending me videos that don't help and want to chat via email. Please think twice about using Zenledger and make sure to read their terms and conditions back to front. Don't skim through them like i did. It just seems super shady to me to make it seem like they have this great return policy and sneak into the terms and conditions.....well actually we don't have a great return policy....we were joking about what we said on our website...... sorry. smh

NO! Do not use this service! Their support is non existent when you ask for their "guaranteed no questions asked refund". I used it for a week. Asked where the dashboard was. The support guy was sarcastic AF. When you try to ask for a refund they will ghost you.

There is no dashboard whatsoever. Unless a list of your accounts is a dashboard to you. Which it isn't. A dashboard has key points of interest. Charts and graphs. Zenledger has NONE OF THAT.

Their tax services are waaaay over priced!

This is a BS company. Don't use it. You've been warned.

My refund was not issued until I posted here after weeks of being ignored going through your support channels. I got my refund by disputing it through my bank buddy, not through you guys.

On top of that one of your VPs posted a review on his own product which was finally removed after I pointed it out to trust pilot, I found that to be dishonest practice as well. All across the board, my review stands.

What a relief. Really easy to use. I needed a little help with some defi trades and got some helpful customer service. real life saver! All my taxes forms done. My CPA is going to be very happy with me :)
