I needed help with entering my wallets and exchanges. It was easier than I’d suspected with Xenlefger support.

It was somewhat helpful but not actually possible to integrate with TurboTax desktop. I had to manually enter “Cryptocurrency” as a brokerage and now I have to mail an additional form. I hate mail.

Easy to use , fast , but I felt upsold on multiple years ...

Charged $150 for a tool that didn't even integrate into my tax software as described. Don't buy.

Learned so much from Jen and she made crypto tax mystery so much more understandable! I am now 100% confident submitting my crypto taxes by April 15!

I had a hard time manually compiling my transactions across many blockchains, wallets, exchanges etc... Satchit from the Zenledger support team was very helpful and worked ith me from start to finish. Now that my info is published, it will be easier next year. Highly recommend this platform and team.

Extremely expensive PER YEAR recorded if you have a lot of transactions. No response at all from customer service with questions. Did import all transactions fairly easily.

I cannot even express how grateful I am for Zenledger. I was completely overwhelmed with trying to figure out realized gains and losses. Your system made it so easy! It took me just a few mins and I got everything my CPA needed! I have referred you on to 3 other friends.

I had over 150 crypto transactions across 3 exchanges, with margin use. After trying 3 competitors this was the one that successfully imported and linked them all. Robinhood was more difficult but I eventually had them manually imported into their provided spreadsheet. It was extremely easy to export the tax forms and then import into TurboTax as well!

The only odd part was when there were exchange transfer fees and it didn't match up the export to the import but it all worked fine in the end.

Spendy, but great product! Saved me lots of time and didn't need to go to a CPA.

It's a good program but there is a learning curve if you have many trades across multiple exchanges. I'm sure it's real easy if you don't have a lot of trades. The tech support and instructions for exporting data from different exchanges are excellent.

Poor customer service, and I suspect gouging practice with GLG. Twice now in 2022 I've experienced a no-show for scheduled 15-minute calls this year with ZL. The platform seems structured to send quick links as DIY via chat bubbles a short term fix but in reality has been detrimental to my experience, compounding research hours.

I requested an alternate tax pro to Gordon Law after a disagreement and unfinished work and instead WAS SENT BACK TO GLG, by ZENLEDGER.

This year I couldent get things to sync properly and ended up doing it with excel instead

More UI options are needed to bulk editing and grabbing values of Algorand ASAs. I couldn't find something better out there and there has ben signficant improvements made from last year, but its still frustraiting and feels like it takes me all day just to do this part of my taxes.

This makes it easy to link multiple wallets. This is my second year using ZenLedger. My only complaint is that there is still no solution to linking Cronos defi wallet. I had to take several hours to manually enter transactions.

The app is quick and easy. Once you are set up the real tracking is done for you

I liked that I could connect most of my accounts and wallets. It was still a painful process for most transactions as I had to manual edit them in a CSV file and upload them to Zenledger. Also, there was no way to connect a Keplr wallet with the Cosmos ecosystem. I hope that will be an option in the future as ATOM is a major coin.

It was very realistic exact with data from Coinbase

Zenledger is amazing. At first I accidentally purchased 2021 taxes and meant to buy 2022 tax year so they switched it for me within seconds at no cost. My favorite and best experience with them was with SUMIT!!!! he has helped me and blessed me so much!!!! I was confused on how to do upload voyager & crypto.com csv files. For voyager I had to create a manual CSV file in order to upload it to their system. I had no idea what I was doing as this was my first time re-writing CSV files to match a particular system. And sumit walked me through every step and even corrected my mistakes ..I was shocked and in literal tears!! And I’m not being dramatic. It took us 2 days to finish the manual CSV files & I’m so greatfull he had patience with me ! Doing crypto taxes can be frustrating and confusing as is since everything is so new and always changing. Sumit made everything SO much easier & taught me how to create custom CSV files for the future. Knowledge I can take with me forever! He is god sent I know it! Prior to speaking with him I was praying to god for guidance and he sent me sumit in return. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sticking with zenledger for the future tax years and I will always be requesting sumit for any questions! Thanks so much sumit and zenledger! You guys are outstanding!

It does upload all your information from all of your wallets, and exchanges, but fixing all the problems is very time consuming, and a royal pain. I also have no idea if uploading CSV's helps or just creates more problems to fix, and makes it harder to find the solutions. I'd hate to have to rely on their information
or explain things on an IRS audit.
