Excellent experience using the software for my 2021 taxes. It was straightforward, easy, and accurate.

I mistakenly didn’t cancel my subscription and was recently charged, but their customer service support helped me get this issue resolved quickly with zero friction.

When I need this service again I’ll definitely be coming back to them.

Zenledger is not bring in all of my crypto in my wallet. Talked with support 2 or three times and they said they would look at it but never heard back. Product is hard to trust when things are missing and is easily noticed. Then no support to help. I would not buy again

At first when my Crypto trading was simple software seemed to be okay, and help was available. Most of the exchanges I have used outside of US have not been supported. Answers to my questions take months at times, then I have 24 hours to respond or else I am waiting months again. The dont support the format of csv files for Nexo, FTX, Pionex what is the point if I have to manually create everything? Extremely disappointed. Stay away.

I bought this thinking it would help me do my crypto taxes. Boy was I wrong… I only had sakes that needed reported on the major exchanges (Coinbase, Coinbase pro, Binance us, and Gemini). I paid over $100 for the premium and it was completely useless. I wasted time trying to get in to sync all my wallets and once that was finally done I had a ton of errors. It kept saying I sold more than I had. I repeatedly reached out to support and they were unhelpful. I eventually just did it all myself by hand… and when I did it I only had $4400 in gains where as this software had me with over $7,000 in gains. Do not buy this software. Try another one of the options. I definitely will next year.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE...The customer service is HORRIBLE & their software is not accurate!
I had originally paid for this program to do my 2021 Taxes, when trying to organize everything I realized it would not let me create the 2021 tax documents, bc it automatically did my 2020 taxes, which I was not looking to do.
When asking for them to switch they said they could give me 20% off to do 2021 as well. Before agreeing to this I wanted to see how accurate and easy they would make my 2020 crypto tax report. After looking through everything it was EXTREMELY wrong!! I could not seem to figure out how their report was so far off so I printed some of the documents. Once I did that I was no longer able to do anything!!! They were forcing me to pay AGAIN in order to complete my 2020 tax report.
I reached out for help & explained my situation and how their program was not accurately reporting my trades & that I was being forced to pay again. I went into details of my problem hoping to get a response in a few days.
1.5 weeks later I get a response from Morgan, who apologizes for the delay & appreciates my patience...THAT WAS IT!!! Then I wrote back like I still need help, please!! About 8 days later Morgan writes back saying that he can give me the 20% off for 2021, and that was it!!
As you can imagine I am pretty upset by now..I expressed to Morgan that he had taken 3.5 weeks to email me back those responses and still not help with my problem! I had clearly written the problem now in 3 of my emails!!! Morgan then sends an email 2 days later & tells me to make sure I am logged into my account & link all wallets & exchanges!!!!
Obviously MORGAN! I tried calling them several times, left voicemails, texted them, and emailed Zenledger several times in 5 weeks with ZERO concern for the problem I was having with their platform. I do not support companies like this so I finally demanded a refund or I was going to pursue legal actions for their scams, & I was given a refund less than 12 hours later!!!

The headache this company has caused me is RIDICULOUS!!! They would rather give people money back instead of fixing the problem!! I would have preferred someone just to help me find the error & I would have been willing to wait a week or two since I know it is tax season and all...But the fact that they can't even respond to the email in the first place!
Not only did they lose 2 years' worth of sales just on me, but they have also lost a customer for LIFE & will not ever refer people to this company!!!!

They program isn't working for me. It continues to hang up and not let me see my reports. Also, I have trouble frequently with logging in. Sometimes it will login and sometimes it won't. I have reached out to support by phone (left message several times) and by live chat. I can't get a response from either one. I would like a refund but I doubt I could get a response on that as well. I would recommend using another software and staying away from ZenLedger.

Update: They have finally responded to me after numerous attempts and are trying to fix the issues. They are still hard to get a hold of to get help.

For a beginner you couldn’t ask for a more seamless experience. The API integrations made it simple for me to file quickly and ensure my transactions went through. Customer service was quick to answer and knowledgeable about all my questions. I will definitely use this again next year.

This site made my life so much easier this year! I used a different product last year but ran into a couple problems and unfortunately couldn’t get much help from their support. After switching I was able to refill my previous years taxes with the correct numbers

I sold a lot of crypto in 2021 and initially tried figuring out my tax gains/losses manually. That was a nightmare...so I went to an accountant who claimed to know how to do it and he wanted to charge a ridiculous fee. So I researched different Crypto tax software and found Zenledger after reading some reviews and getting recommendations from some friends. This product was very easy to use with some kinks, but once you figure it out with some of their stellar customer service folks it is easy to manage. Highly recommend.

I submitted my crypto transactions for taxes to the IRS few years ago and they replied back with a possible audit. I then decided to try out ZenLedger and it worked perfectly! I've been using it now for the last few years. Super easy and accurate!

Excellent customer service and product. I have pretty complicated transactions with a lot of defi and nfts. Zenledger help me to see what my income was and I used it in Dec for tax loss harvesting which was great for OHM clones.
I needed some phone support and it was easy to schedule a time and they also helped me make some spreadsheets. Amy was great. I think she used to work for Turbotax.

I've been trying for over a week to get some support with this platform and I have yet to receive a reply.

Their system says "Chat live with the Customer Success Team from 9am-9pm EST 7 days a week" however that is not at all true from my experience. I have yet to engage with someone "LIVE" over chat, or receive a response other than a quick link to some support article that I had already read through.

The service did not meet my tax needs in the least. Imported transactions were incorrect. I contacted the company for a refund, got the "well, have you tried this . . ." runaround, asked over and over for my refund, and was told "OK." I then emailed them two weeks later. No reply. Now pursuing a fraud claim through my bank.

I am easily and readily able to track my assets. Connectivity to my wallets was easy and seems reliable. I can track all of my assets with ease and have the comfort and knowledge of all my tax needs for this coming tax season.

Great team, everyone was great and went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. The platform itself is very easy to use. I highly recommend ZenLedger
