Clean hotel at great location, just a few steps from Avlabari metro and airport bus stop,room spacious,clean linens,toilet is clean with all toiletries.Good breakfast,good heater and Aircon.Staff friendly.Near to many sight seeing places

Host was accommodating, locking feature in the evening for safety. Pattaya wasn't the best location to get transport service but it's not their fault other than that stay was good.

I contacted Zen to ask them to let the hotel know our arrival time. Communication was swift and efficient.

They'll take your booking for a hotel that has no availability. TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM! There's a reason why the hotel is not available on Booking.com / Expedia / Agoda, and Zen Hotels will tell you they have it!

Positive experience in Muscat, Oman
I booked a hotel in Muscat, Oman for 2 nights and got 40% off the hotel's price. When I went to the hotel, the booking was already present, the check in was seamless, and the checkout was simple. I was charged the exact amount quoted by zenhotels and since that was prepaid, I wasn't asked to pay anything more. Overall, I was delighted with the experience I had with ZenHotels.

Big neat room close to the Miami Int'l airport with a shuttle service.
Kind & helpfull staff. The in-house restaurant is a plus.
They also have a shuttle service to the Port Terminal Cruise. We recommand this convenient hotel.
