Made to feel welcome when I arrived the check in was seamless. The receptionist explained where all the facilities were. The room was lovely and clean. No complaints from me. My only minor gripe is free wi fi. Not even 1 Meg, but it was fine. Of course if you pay for a higher wi fi it will be better, but I was there to enjoy the sun and the area so wi fi isn’t an obstacle in the grand scheme of things. Will definitely return.

Lovely quiet hotel. Room was spotless as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt the furnishings and the hotel was a bit dated. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money. I would go back.

I was a little apprehensive about booking when I read some of the previous reviews but had no problems whatsoever. Booked for a stay at the Premier Inn and had immediate confirmation complete with booking reference. Also was able to pay using PayPal for that extra reassurance. Very happy.

It was a cozy apartment for two. Beautiful view of the city from the 7th floor. Good equipment in the kitchen too. Supermarket nearby. We stayed for three days. Definitely a good suggestion

Stress free booking . Well done to zen hotels who got my booking all right . Notified the hotel of a late check in . Most importantly the price I paid was the most competitive in comparison to other booking site. Will use zen hotels again

Well it's been a 2 months now since I contacted Zen requesting compensation for a Hotel that's been closed for 3 years. My £26.50 has now been paid and they have offered me a promo code for any future booking. So in summary Zen have redeemed themselves in part for this very stressful situation I found myself in.

Well located hotel … renovated and friendly staff… the restaurant servers are so nice ! … we had only a couple of issues… we got a corner suite and the traffic noise was loud however they were nice to change the room 👏… the sad part is that my wife forgot her expensive sandals and called next morning to confirm and they said they weren’t there … so maybe the cleaners took them 😩 as we were pretty sure they were left beside the bed.
