Hi. It clearly stated when you ordered and on the order confirmation email that delivery from UK to New Zealand can take up to 28 working days. To say “the card never turned up” is very misleading to anyone reading your review. You ordered on 12th December and it was posted the next working day which was 14th December. It’s not even close to being 28 working days that have passed. Therefore it’s disappointing to see this 1 star review given that it is still well within the estimated timescale.
