Excellent service first card was lost in postal backlog emailed them and they sent replacement out which came just in time. Lots of choice of card's at reasonable prices....Definitely use again.

I'm sorry to hear that your card still hasn't been delivered. I can see we replied to your email regarding this on the 12th of January, so the card really should have been delivered by now. We can only assume it's been lost in the post by Royal Mail. Unfortunately Royal Mail time scales are out of our control.

The card itself was very well made on quality card. I cant fault it.
Unfortunately I bought on 27/12/2020 for a birthday on 4/1/2021. It didn't arrive until 7/1/2021. Which, in my opinion is not good enough.

I'm sorry to hear that your card hasn't been delivered. I've checked and for some reason I'm unable to see your email, I apologise for this but we really would have replied if we'd seen it.
Your card was dispatched on the 29th of December 2020, so it really should have been delivered by now. We can only assume it's been lost in the post by Royal Mail.

Your card was dispatched on 22nd December. Given that was right before Christmas, taking into account bank holidays etc as well as the fact we're in a pandemic, it's not actually been that long in terms of working days in which Royal Mail operate. We find this review a tad unfair. We have emailed you further regarding this. Thanks

Ordered on 17th Dec, still not recieved it ( 4th Jan ) not sure if this is down to royal mail.
My card has arrived 7th Jan! Problem down to royal mail. Card is good quality. Would recommend and buy from this company again.
